Patent Wars Continue as VIA sues Apple

The mobile-space patent battle is in full swing as another player has entered the melee.

Taiwan’s VIA Technologies Inc. has sued Apple Inc. for allegedly infringing on three of it’s U.S. patents related to microprocessors used within Apple’s iPhone and iPad.

Just more elbowing and thrashing to gain position in the mobile space.
